Dr.
Eugene E. Protzko is a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist and
a Diplomate of the American Academy of Ophthalmology with
comprehensive training in medical and surgical eye care.
A
graduate of the George Washington University School of Medicine,
Dr. Protzko received his ophthalmology specialty training
at the Letterman Army Medical Center and the University of
Callifornia, San Francisco, California.
Dr. Protzko's special areas of interest include pediatric
ophthalmology, correction of child or adult eye muscle disorders,
plastic surgery of the eyelids, and no-stitch cataract surgery.
He is the director of clinical research, principal investigator for ongoing national research studies, and the author of several articles in national journals of ophthalmology.
