David
D. Reed, O.D., FA.A.O.
Dr.
David Reed is a Board-Certified Optometrist with extensive
training in the diagnosis and management of ocular disease.
He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry
and completed his residency at the highly selective Baltimore
Veterans Medical Center (BVMC) which included work with area
glaucoma, retina and cornea specialists.
At
Seidenberg Protzko Eye Associates, Dr. Reed is director of
student and resident programs from the Pennsylvania, New England
and Southern Colleges of Optometry.
Dr.
Reed is an adjunct faculty member of the Pennsylvania, New
England and Southern Colleges of Optometry. He serves as president of the State Board of Optometry and of the Quality Enhancement and Improvement Committee governing therapeutic pharmaceutical agent use.
Dr.
Reed is a national board examiner, clinical investigator of
national research studies and an international lecturer on
eye disease.
