Scott M. Smearman, O.D., F.A.A.O.

Dr. Scott M. Smearman, a Board-Certified Optometrist, graduated from Duquesne University and received his optometric degree at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Smearman has extensive training in the diagnosis and management of ocular disease and disorders of the visual system.

Dr. Smearman completed his residency certification at Seidenberg Protzko Eye Associates, receiving training in primary and pediatric eye care as well as preoperative and postoperative care in a variety of surgical procedures.

Dr. Smearman is an adjunct faculty member of the Pennsylvania and New England Colleges of Optometry. He is a clinical investigator of national research studies and a frequent lecturer in Maryland on eye disease.
